Shipping policy

1. Where WhatSugar® Shop Ships
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping: coming soon / available upon request.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage from Richmond, Virginia. Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs
For U.S. locations, shipping is around $6. The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order size and your location. Free shipping on orders of 4+ items.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right — replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss, but we’ll always help you troubleshoot.

7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incomplete, the order may be reshipped once the package is received back by us. A new shipping charge will apply. Orders shipped to an incorrect address are not eligible for replacement or refund.
