Refund policy

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to submit a request. To start, contact us at info@whatsugar.com.

Damages 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days if the item is damaged. Email us clear photos of the product and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right  — replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged.
