Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. New, unopened items can be returned within this window for a full refund.

Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error. Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and make it right — unless there’s a reasonable delay in notifying us.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and let us know right away if something isn’t right.
